Fly High

My wings are wounded..

I know I can't fly high,

But still i will try & fly,

As much as i can..

May be not as high as i can..


But as slow as i can,

But still i will try & fly..

Eventually i know

Healing with happen,

Eventually i know

I might find my home,

Eventually i know

I might reach somewhere,

Just better than waiting,

At one place,

Better than staying stagnant,

Better to try & fly..

As much as i can...

Wrote this poem in hindi about 6 months back. This poem defines life struggles and yet is very motivating and inspiring. Hope you all will like it. It was about 20 years ago I started writing and then mostly I wrote in Hindi. Sharing these lines, which I wrote way back in my teens about love and love relationships. क्यूँ हम उन्ही से प्यार करते हैं , जो हमसे दिल्लगी करते हैं ! क्यूँ हम उन्ही को याद करते हैं , जो हमें भुला चुके हैं ! क्यूँ हम उन्ही का इंतज़ार करते हैं , जिन्होंने कभी हमें मुड़कर भी नहीं देखा ! क्यूँ हम उन्ही से वफ़ा करते हैं , जिन्होंने कभी वफ़ा का मतलब भी नहीं समझा !!!
